We use Royal Mail First Class large letter post for the UK.
For the rest of the world too, we send by Royal Mail Large Letter or Parcel service - by standard Airmail.
All despatches are usually made within 24 hours.


It's OK to change your mind! Please please though - help us to help you and get in touch with us first.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it.
You can do this anytime up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
And the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, and in the original packaging.


Please advise by email or telephone that you are returning a product; we can look out for it and act quickly when we receive it.

Responsibility for the product remains yours until we have received it safely, so we recommend a signed-for procedure.


If you wish to exchange a product, please give us precise details, and we'll despatch your new choice once the returned product is received.

Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return (postage or shipping) is yours if you are returning or exchanging the product.

Damaged/defective/incorrect product
